In 2016, we established the first Merge Cafe in Quantico (VA) with a mission: to introduce a unique, fusion style menu unlike anything our community has seen before – all the while providing our patrons with the greatest customer service a restaurant has to offer. This vision has since remained unchanged, and with everyone’s support, we opened our second location in Stafford (VA) in 2019.

As a small family business, we know what it means to value our surrounding community and its people. It is our promise to you that we will do our best to make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible.

Bubble tea (also known as pearl milk tea, boba tea, or simply boba), is a Taiwanese drink, usually consisting of tea or other various flavors, milk, and often sugar. Chewy, honey-soaked tapioca balls (a defining characteristic of this delicious drink) are set at the bottom of the glass to enjoy with your beverage.
